June - 2025

It’s the start of summer shenanigans . During June and July I start taking weekends off to spend time in the forest napping on some moss, wandering around, and traveling across country to see some fam.

Lounging on some of the softest moss we found all year.

In may we started the camping off on memorial day. We disperse camped in mount hood just a little ways away from Timothy Lake. We found a dilapidated cabin with some areas for campfire and thought- this is perfect. The next day we headed to a smaller lake round the bend and I unfolded my Orukyak for the first time. Did I read the instructions? No. Was there any internet for me to scan the QR code and read the instructions? No…. So basically it was like a origami puzzle challenge! but more frustrating and a higher risk of getting soaking wet if we did it wrong.

After finally figuring it out we tested it out and Woohoo! it worked! then it immediately started hailing?! The weather is crazy. My friends and I didn’t last too much longer on the lake, but we we’re happy with how the weekend went.

July

I will be visiting my mama in Albuquerque New Mexico for the first two weeks in July for her bday! During that time although I plan to nap in our pool I will be guesting at The Cat and the Cobra July 9th & 10th! I have tons of flash and can do customs. Please fill out my contact form .
